We're based in Gilbert and install floor coatings across the Phoenix East Valley. Each city in our service area has its own slab characteristics, housing stock, and installation challenges — and we adjust our approach accordingly.
Gilbert and Queen Creek's newer master-planned subdivisions have high-quality slabs poured since 2005 that are excellent epoxy candidates with minimal prep beyond standard diamond grinding. Mesa's older central neighborhoods have slabs from the 1960s–1990s that require more thorough prep and moisture assessment. Tempe mixes older residential slabs with commercial parking structures near ASU — two very different applications in one city.
All jobs, regardless of city, receive the same process: diamond grind to CSP 2–3, moisture vapor test, crack repair, and 100% solids epoxy system with UV-stable topcoat. The prep work varies; the standard doesn't.
